报告摘要:
Development of modern high-performance insensitive energetic materials is significant because of the increasing demands for both military and civilian applications. Modern energetic motifs for military and civilian applications are most often evaluated using various criteria, for example, energetic properties, production costs, and safety issues. Given this background, the design of energetic materials requires a deep understanding of both detonation performance and molecular stability. Therefore, on the basis of a formula design strategy that results in the assembly of diverse N-O building blocks leading to energetic materials, 3,3’-dinitroamino-4,4’-azoxyfurazan, 3,4-di(nitramino)furazan and their corresponding nitrogen-rich salts were obtained and fully characterized via spectral and elemental analyses. In addition to formula designing, some other strategies focusing on solid-phase structuring were also applied to prepare new energetic materials. Using these strategies, some promising energetic salts, such as hydroxylammonium 3-dinitromethanide-1,2,4-triazolone and hydroxylammonium 4-amino-furazan-3-yltetrazol-1-olate were synthesized. All newly prepared energetic materials presented in this report exhibit good density, moderate to excellent stabilities and high detonation performance.
